They definitely don't think that it’s getting ahead of ourselves. They want to know the plans they can press go on to initiate this building project.
(Surveying. They can press play on surveying. That’s the kind of fundable work they can start. Get all of the contour lines, clearly marked property boundaries. Pond sites yes. This thing is. Not their idea of it. Potential pond sites known. Potential swales. And then press go.)
That's nothing like the scope they're working on. Yes, there will be surveying and all this, but no, you don't have time to take forever surveying everything with a fine-toothed comb.
Gennady has said several times that this thing is needed yesterday. We need to figure out the mainframe enough to place the classroom etc. building, and negotiate what that building will be. This is the reality, and you guys need to get in sync with this tempo
(Yes I’m learning a lot about our situation here.) (We still can’t go in blind.) Yeah. So we have been getting the basic info about the site, which areas have what attributes, etc.
And now we need to get a punchlist of what we need to design the mainframe. Not even that much is necessary.
