We're the site designers. Sergei Nikolaevich is the administrator (and current land owner). Gennady and Mustafa are the builders. Gennady runs the financing.
Known goals they listed (without hesitation):
- The heavenly kingdom
- Effective demonstration site ("museum" is the term they started with) to support grants and other social/gov't funding as part of the BRICS project
- teaching farmers correct methods and concepts
- training monasteries how to become food sources for their surrounding communities and other land use insights
- creating a good eco-village, houses for living
Gennady asked if there was anything in permaculture that would be precedent for such a museum and I chuckled and said that permaculture calls for a demonstration site to appear in every community
He was very glad to hear that.
They want a very brisk Pace of Arsaki Development.
They have a townhouse concept in mind so we'll need to learn about how they wound up with that and what the constraints are or if anything about that is flexible
