What is the problem?
A general overview suggests that government/compliance stuff dominates, and the ones that owners can influence more heavily are
health insurance costs (they can keep headcount down)
locating qualified employees (they can Do Better, or they can become less reliant on high qualifications or reduce their need for headcount)
employee retention
generating new sales
high expenses eating profits
time management
employee management
customer retention
growing fast enough
