We need to resolve the question of Arsaki Property Subdivision Lines.
I think we should work up two proposals: 1. A Mustafa Glasshouse Proposal taking their plans as the representation of their starting point 2. A Custom Arsaki Building Proposal that doesn't refer to the Mustafa hoophouse at all, just their goals and our criteria.
